Served at iasg, our Afternoon Tea experience brings together artful presentation and delicate flavour. Begin with a light and fragrant starter of macerated strawberries, elderflower and basil consommé – a nod to the garden in full bloom.

Then comes our savoury selection, thoughtfully crafted with layers of texture and taste with the likes of cucumber and dill cream cheese on bread, alongside warm smoked cheddar gougères, and more.
Of course, no Afternoon Tea would be complete without the perfect scone – in our case, a duo of plain and apricot, served with clotted cream and Scottish preserves.

The final chapter is a patisserie selection that celebrates the sweeter side of the season. Every element is designed to surprise and delight – from hand-moulded chocolate pots to delicate edible flowers, each bite is both a nod to tradition and a step into something new.
