Serving sustainable Scottish seafood is at the heart of everything we do.

That’s why £1 on every bill goes to The Firth Forth Lobster Hatchery, who hatch, rear and release lobsters to ensure stocks remain plentiful for future generations.

This year, we’re giving a festive twist to a much-loved tradition. Our Festive Afternoon Tea celebrates the season with winter flavours, comfort and a touch of indulgence at Blythswood Square.

Begin with a warming spiced pear and mulled wine starter, followed by a savoury selection of roast turkey with sage, onion stuffing and cranberry on focaccia, smoked salmon gravadlax with lemon and dill cream cheese, camembert and sweet onion brioche, and honey and sesame glazed pigs in blankets.

Apricot and plain scones follow, served with Scottish preserves and clotted cream – some traditions never need changing. Finish with a sweet selection of pistachio choux bun, pecan financier, Christmas pudding cheesecake and a coconut and passionfruit flowerpot.

For the ultimate festive treat, pair your Afternoon Tea with a relaxing visit to the Spa at Blythswood Square – a moment of calm in the busiest season of the year.
