Start with a drink on arrival from our friends at Glaswegin, then take your pick from our sustainable Scottish seafood a la carte menu. Isle of Bute will be showcasing their oyster gin—which you can find in our signature Oyster Shell Martini—with samples throughout the night.
We’re pulling out all the stops as it’s our birthday, so we’ve got Simon Cordinor from Melting Pot and Nick (Bosco) Stewart from Let’s Go Back on the decks bringing the vibes from two of Glasgow’s longest running club nights. And there’ll be a few extra wee treats in store too…
