We recently launched a brand-new cocktail menu and so we asked Dulcie, one of our bartenders, to share the recipe for her cocktail, Rosa’s Garden. This wee vodka and strawberry number is perfect for sipping as we head through spring into summer.

You’ll need: a Boston shaker, a Hawthorne strainer, a fine strainer, a martini glass
ingredients
50ml Absolut vodka
15ml Cocchi Americano Rosa vermouth
25ml lime juice
25ml egg white
25ml strawberry purée
10ml strawberry syrup
Three mint sprigs
Garnish: edible flower
method
1. Chill your martini glass – either place it in the freezer for 30 minutes or fill with crushed ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker and shake hard to incorporate the egg white.
3. Discard the ice from your glass (if using) and double strain in the cocktail by attaching the Hawthorne strainer to the tin side of the shaker and then pouring through the fine strainer.
4. Garnish with an edible flower.
